Mindfulness, Bodyfullness, Yoga, Movement, Lifestyle & Touch 

IN-Bodied Presence is an integrative intervention for:   

Mindfulness - noticing thoughts, and colors ( emotions ) with an attitude of acceptance and compassion

Bodyfullness - noticing physical sensations (the five senses ) with curiosity and intention

Re-regulation - Changing the intensity of colors ( emotions ) to a healthier state

Window of tolerance - noticing the sensations and triggers of perceived threats and learning to interrupt them 

Distress tolerance - learning to stay with challenge without becoming overwhelmed 

Reframing the experience of touch - adjustments, partner work, or somatic bodywork.( When in person)

Body conditioning - Increasing  strength, resilience, flexibility, balance, and coordination of body - improving posture

Psycho-education - Learning how the impact of trauma affects thinking, feeling, and behaving. 

Recovery and prevention of physical injuries    

Lifestyle modalities - Supporting emotional, mental, physical health -  Aroma, nutrition, alternative modalities. 

This practice combines yoga therapy, somatic movement or pilates, breath, energy work, talk, nidra, reflection, safe touch (adjustments/partner work/somatic bodywork) cognitive psycho - education and lifestyle.  

• Our focus will be discussed in the initial discovery session and will be revisited during our 9 week term together.
